Book Terry Mollner for Your Next Event or Podcast

The following few paragraphs describe what Dr. Terry Mollner can provide for audiences. His credibility for doing so is in the next paragraphs.

There is a next layer of maturity into which all of humanity is currently maturing. Yet this is not a major conversation among us. His goal is to make it a major conversation among us.

Terry has identified what it is. And within a short period of time he can have an audience also discover what it is.

In their repeatable sensual experience, with no need for an outside authority, they will discover it is both obvious and self-evident the universe operates as an undividable whole, as one thing, or none of us would be breathing. This is the experience he can provide your audience by giving priority to their sensations when they answer 9 Questions.

They then discover the wonderful thing about repeatedly discovering something in sensual experiences is they can’t ever fool themselves into thinking they have not discovered it! They have permanently matured!

When we repeatedly discover something in sensual experience, without the need of effort, force, discipline, or willpower, we naturally, effortlessly, freely, and permanently mature! Like when, as children, we repeatedly discovered in sensual experience rocks are hard and fire is hot, we permanently matured into knowing those facts! And we will never be able to fool ourselves into thinking we do not know fire is hot and rocks are hard. We can always double-check that they are facts by again touching a rock or getting close to fire.

In the same way, when your audience repeatedly discovers in sensual experience the universe operates as an undividable whole, they can always again answer the 9 Questions to confirm it is a fact.

He will then help your audience discover if the universe operates as an undividable whole, as one thing, then everything in our thinking we think is real is illusion tools we invented 50,000 years ago. That is when scientists guess we invented and began to use words to be self-conscious animals.

Words allowed us to mature beyond only being conscious, like other animals—knowing what they are doing while they are doing it, and into being self-conscious animals: able to analyze the past, develop a plan for the future, and consistently execute it in the present. They also allow us to make, keep, and joyfully live inside agreements.

Like each next layer of maturity, like learning to use words when a child or exercising individual free choice when a teenager, it is a radical change or it would not be the next layer of maturity.

Going from operating on the illusion the universe is competing separate parts to operating on the fact it is cooperating limbs of one body is also a radical change. Terry not only has audiences discover it is their next layer. He also helps them identify the five valuable illusion tools we are using that allow us to succeed at maturation into the last two of the seven layers of maturity of the skill of being self-conscious human beings.

The seventh is the highest layer of full mastery in this skill. Between then and death, and at our physical body’s location in it, our highest priority is being a self-conscious participant in the continuous maturation of the undividable universe, historically labeled “Eldering.”

We are entering the Oneness Age when each day there will be more people maturing into this next layer. We then discover maturation of the undividable whole, not competition among the illusion there are separate parts, is the fundamental process in nature and it cannot be escaped or stopped. This worldview, described using easily identifiable facts, is what Dr. Mollner can bring to your audience.

Terry has not been a monk in the woods discovering this. In 1982, he was one of the founders of the first in the world family of socially responsible mutual funds, the Calvert Social Funds, now with over $45 billion under management in a now $30 trillion industry. He then took the lead to create the Calvert foundation, Calvert Impact, that has borrowed over $3 billion at low interest rates and loaned it at low interest rates to reduce poverty around the world. It has also received a $7 billion grant from the Inflation Reduction Act to assist low-income families in the USA to receive low-interest loans to purchase alternative sources of energy. He also took the lead to arrange for the sale of Ben & Jerry’s to Unilever with a contract no other socially responsible company bought by a multinational has achieved: it has allowed the board to remain in existence and be responsible for the choice of its social missions without the need of permission from Unilever. In 1984, at the invitation of the Reagan White House, he presented his slide show on the Mondragon Cooperatives in Spain that led to conversations with Senator Russell Long that resulted in the two sets of Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOPs) legislation that has allowed millions of American employees to receive stock in the companies in which they work. He was part of the team that journeyed to Dharamsala in India to meet with the Dali Lama and his team that had them decide to use Dr. Mollner’s proposed model for the design of the democratic government in Tibet when the Dali Lama can return to it.

Trained as a psychotherapist and former member of the board of the Association of Humanistic Psychology, he easily goes from a discussion of personal growth to finance to business development to spirituality and always grounds it in revealing short stories and examples. For your audience, Dr. Mollner’s presentation is a rare combination, deep enough to move people, creditable enough to be trusted, and different enough that they have not already heard it.

He is convinced humanity is ready and able to mature into this next layer of maturity beyond polarization, wars, and loneliness and into the re-villaging of our lives for the joy of it. He sees this as the ground-up way to become participants in new nations, nations defined by agreement rather than geography, where the priority is moral and loving behavior, purely for the fun of it.

They will not be confronting the geographic nations but being fully active citizens in them. They will just give priority to the building of and living in their freely chosen agreement nations; anyone is free to join or leave at any time. He sees this as the natural, non-violent, and loving way humanity will mature its governance into the last two layers of maturity of the skill of self-consciousness.

In Western Massachusetts in the early 1970s, he and Jack Canfield founded the New England Center for Personal and Organizational Development, where they ran weekend personal growth workshops and became friends with Alan Watts, Jack Gibb, and others who they often had do workshops there.

Perhaps the most important thing to know about Dr. Mollner is something dramatic that happened when he was 15 years old. It resulted in him making his first of four vows with himself to discover the meaning of life, what he then described as “knowing what to do each moment.” He has given it priority his entire life, which is why he was comfortable doing things that had never been done before and being successful at them, such as socially responsible investing and having a multinational agree to allow the board of a company it bought to remain in existence and continue its social mission without needing permission from the parent company.

He now knows all will eventually agree only oneness is real, and they can repeatedly discover in their direct experience it is both obvious and self-evident: there is no need for an outside authority. The absence of that latter need is what allows for our maturation beyond individual free choice and into what he labels “mature free choice,” full freedom: no outside or inside monarchs we need to obey.

That, he believes, was the original mission of the founding of the United States as the first modern democracy. He can also explain how we will return to that original mission, not by confronting any of the current geographically defined nations but by organizing new nations within all of them defined by agreement rather than geography.

Without firing a shot or confronting anyone, it is the loving way people operating at the next layer of maturity will do it: a loving process for a loving end.
